We will ask each guest to make a personal contribution of $20 (to help defray the expense for the space, the eatables, and the picnic space rental on Saturday) - not in advance, but simply at the door, preferably in cash, or perhaps through Zelle or Venmo to make it smooth. 

This special occasion and a select part of this beautiful hotel space is our, so drop in as you wish, stay as long as you like or even past your bedtime.  If you wish to split to have a private dinner with a smaller group here or nearby, feel free to enjoy independently (and at your own expense).
